RETURN POLICY: REGULAR PRICE ITEMS

We stand behind all our products and want you to love every RaeVynn purchase you make! Not loving your purchase? We’re happy to offer a full refund to your original payment method for full price merchandise so long as your parcel is returned to RaeVynn within 28 days of the date your parcel was delivered to you.
Return packages must include the merchandise return form included in your original shipment and be shipped via secure tracked courier to our Returns Department to be processed. If you can’t locate it, don’t worry. You can download the form here.

Please Note…

  • All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed, unworn & undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, or make-up stain; tags still attached, etc.).
  • Original shipping fees will be deducted from your return.
  • For international returns, costs associated with return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or wash, or do not meet the listed criteria. If your package arrives to us with signs of wear or misuse, your refund request will be void and your item(s) will be shipped back at your expense.
  • RaeVynn is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered.
  • Items purchased at a different online location or brick and mortar retailer are not valid for return or exchange through the RaeVynn website.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days from the date that your package was received by RaeVynn for your refund to be processed.
  • Indian Customers: please register your return with RaeVynn prior to returning by email us at customersupport@raevynn-store.com. We will respond with next steps on how to complete your return process.

RETURN POLICY: SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS

All sale and offer merchandise, site-wide sale periods, bundle offers, and discounted purchases are FINAL SALE and items purchased during these periods are not eligible for return, exchange or gift card.

CANCELLING / CHANGING YOUR ORDER

Should you have any issues, please email us at customersupport@raevynn-store.com within 24 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your changes, but we cannot guarantee requested changes can be made. RaeVynn works quickly to process and ship orders, so once you have placed your order, we are usually unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing. If you are unsure please email us at customersupport@raevynn-store.com before placing your order.
